We are a wholesale tour operator in Canada, partner of “Grupo Viajes y Representaciones S. L.”, a travel group founded in Spain in 2007, with corporate offices in Madrid, and distribution offices in Spain, the USA, and Canada.
The Special Travel Corporation operates exclusively through registered travel agencies. Our team has carefully selected and crafted products and services aimed at offering unforgettable experiences; we specialize in selling vacation packages including vacation homes, boutique hotels, and resort accommodations in some of the most popular destinations amongst Canadians.
Tailor-made tours with guaranteed departures and no requirements for a minimum number of passengers, long-stay experiences, and car rentals, are also part of our exclusive portfolio. We pride ourselves for being the first tour operator in Canada to offer commissions to travel agents on vacation packages including private home accommodation; a true way to experience the local culture; so that Canadians - while enjoying of such unique experience - can book with full confidence, knowing that their travel arrangements are backed by the most prestigious travel agency professionals in the market.

HOW CAN I BOOK? Our vacation packages and land only products (hotels and vacation homes) to Cuba, Mexico, Jamaica, Central and Soth America can be found in the distribution platforms. New destinations and products are added throughout the year, and become ready to book via Galileo Vacations, and Sirev.
WHAT IS MY COMMISSION? At The Special Travel Corporation, we bet on building strong partnerships with Travel Agencies; we don’t sell direct, and don’t try to undercut the role that we believe rightfully belongs to the travel agencies. We have designed a comprehensive commission structure for each type of product we sell; ranging from 8% to 12%. Additional incentives can be negotiated.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY COMMISSION? We allow either automatic refund of commission at the time of booking, or issue electronic payment/commission cheques after bookings are fully paid. Commission refunds are submitted via Direct Deposit to travel agencies, upon registering to our services.
AFTER A RESERVATION IS COMPLETED, HOW CAN I RETRIEVE MY CLIENT’S ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT? Once a booking is fully paid, the travel agency will receive a link with the edocs, including all services included in the file.
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING? CAN I CANCEL/MODIFY A RESERVATION?
