This beautiful flagship hotel was a refuge for renowned British writer Hemingway, who stayed and wrote most of “For whom the bells toll” here during the 1930s.

An elevator from the 30s constitutes a charming element. The terrace will let you enjoy a beautiful view of the Plaza de Armas and the surrounding area and the Del Monte meeting room can accommodate up to 100 people where conferences, business meetings and weddings can be held.
