In the 1950’s, Kingston attorney Clinton Hart built a classic beach cottage in Old Fort Bay on the North Coast of the island. The property stretches along 3 acres of land with
breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, which quickly became the perfect oasis for his family and friends.

In 2015, Hart’s grandson remodeled the time old classic with a fresh take on modern architecture, exquisite design with touches of thoughtful comforts and essentials to
redefine luxury in a beachy, barefoot lifestyle.

Through four generations, Canoe Cove has been a beloved family home, filled with great memories and it continues to be a very special place of togetherness, rest and
celebration.

Nestled on a beautiful beach, there is direct access to the Caribbean Sea for swimming, kayaking, snorkeling and more. The crystal clear water is surrounded by coral reef with hues of blue and turquoise in all directions.

Looking out from Canoe Cove, there is an uninterrupted ocean view that extends all the way to the horizon! For joggers & walkers the extended beach length is approximately 1,000 feet.
