Hotel E La Ronda

The small Hotel La Ronda opens to the Parque Cespedes and offers an economical alternative to the luxurious Iberostar ; with the advantage of a location in the heart of the city compared with the similar priced Hotel Horizontes Las Cuevas which is found on the hill. The Ronda is located in the center of Trinidad, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The Museo Romantico, Plaza Mayor (Plaza de Armas), the Church of Santa Ana, Palacio Cantero and more are all within easy reach. The small restaurant and bar are charming, though simple. Hotel La Ronda Room 

The 17 air-conditioned rooms are on two levels that open onto a patio with palm trees and potted plants. The furnishings are a bit poor and mattresses and pillows are second-rate. However, the rooms are the same as most rooms private rents (the most popular choices of Trinidad). The high ceilings and Colonial tiled floors help keep the rooms cool, and those facing south have tall French doors that open to balconies overlooking the lively Plaza. All have air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, cold water and hot water, safety deposit box, mini bar with a varied selection, and facilities for Internet connection.
